TRAINING: How Private is Your Private Life: Off Duty Behavior

Management may have the authority to discipline employees; however, an employee's conduct not related to work is usually regarded as none of an employer's business.  This training examines whether management's authority extends to conduct that occurs after work hours and/or outside of the workplace.  We will discuss the types of non-work misconduct that may be perceived as related to employment and the qualifying criteria.
